Slightly later than planned - I had a lay in then went for another walk in the park. Not as long as yesterdays because my legs were hurting because of that walk. I still ended up walking a mile and a half, in just under 35 minutes. My legs are displeased at this. My poor right knee is all red and angry looking. I'm sorry, right knee. Today seems to be very much a 'meh' kinda day. I don't know if it's cos of so much running around the last couple days but I don't seem to be able to find myself interested in doing anything.
